What is Human Resources Management?
The process of human resources management and payroll consultancy services can be evaluated under three main headings. After the initial determination phase, a profile of the personnel within the company is prepared in terms of qualifications and quantity. A feasibility study is conducted regarding the company’s tax returns. The feasibility study identifies the company’s personnel capacity, the contributions of existing personnel to the company’s operations, and correlation analyses between the two variables. Finally, the feasibility report on human resources, which is prepared based on the investigations, is presented for evaluation.
In the second phase, existing personnel’s Social Security Institution (SGK) registrations are audited. After the audit, any identified problems are reported and corrected. Retired auditors conduct SGK audits from official institutions that are experts in their field. The reliability and consistency of the audits are ensured by both our reporting system and experienced auditors, preventing the company from violating SGK.
