What is Payroll Service?

Our payroll service involves a comprehensive evaluation by our expert team, considering the current status of the personnel within the company following the Labor Law. This evaluation assesses the family status declaration, employment documents, SGK registration documents, and previous work experiences in the personnel file. Based on this information, multi-dimensional calculations are made for the employee’s salary, including the AGI (Minimum Living Allowance) payments that need to be added or subtracted, SGK employee and employer premiums, BES (Individual Pension System) deductions, and calculations of gross and net salaries. SGK and withholding tax amounts and wage slips are calculated on a person-based or group-based basis within the framework of payroll service. When calculating the payroll, personnel employed in sub-projects or plans in which the company participates or undertakes, as well as those responsible for the company’s daily operations, are evaluated separately. As a result, the company is informed about tax and salary payments for all its transactions.
